Isaiah 41:10

Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.

All in this

Does it feel like day 1 or day 21 in the Big Brother house?

It’s hard to be cooped up when you don’t want to. We spend our whole lives asking people to stop telling us what to do

And now we’re at a point where we are relying upon it. These are unprecedented times. It might be scary for some whilst it may be an adventure for others.

But I do know is that we will get through this together if, and it’s a big if, we stick together.. We are currently in a situation where we having to socially distance ourselves from each other however this doesn’t mean that we have to become isolated from each other.

There is nothing worse than being totally alone and this is what we are facing. So start thinking. Start working out how you can stop being alone. It may be picking up the phone and calling a relative. It may be FaceTiming an old friend. These things may seem uncomfortable but we will get used to them.

Other people don’t have the luxury of technology. So now is the time to drop a note through the front door to let them know that you are there. You may never have met them before so give them your name and your number and let them know that you care.

We are in this together and we will come through this together. In the darkest of times scripture shows us that God is with us. In the still small voice of calm or in the raging wind of the storm guard is still present. Now is the time to enter that presence.
